We currently offer shipping within Ontario, Canada!
Once you have placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped you'll receive an email with a tracking number and expected arrival date. It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update.
We can only cancel orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Please contact [email protected] to make changes or cancel your order.
You can change your order any time prior to your order being processed.To make changes to your order, please contact [email protected].
We ship out and deliver all orders Monday to Friday. If you placed an order on the weekend it will be shipped the following Monday.

If the product is in stock, it can take up to 24 hours to process it for delivery. Below are typical shipping times by region. These times are indications and we cannot guarantee them:

  • Greater Toronto Area: 2-3 Business Days
  • Non-GTA Ontario: 3-4 Business Days

Please contact us for shipping costs and times to other provinces and we will be happy to help.

The above processing times do not apply to items on pre-order.

Below are our shipping rates

For dumbbells -

  • Within GTA at $45
  • Outside GTA at $65

For Benches -

  • Across Ontario - $30

For racks -

  • Across Ontario - $30
In case of any manufacturing defects or issues with the working of the product, we will be happy to help you resolve your problems to the best of our abilities.
Customers will be responsible to pay for the return shipping costs..
Returns take up to 48 hours to process once they're received at our warehouse. Once it's confirmed that the return is due to a manufacturing issue we’ll repair it free of cost during the warranty period or offer a replacement.
We offer a 1 year warranty on all our products.
